On the premise of ensuring the traceability of raw materials, the process big data management is realized, and the process parameters are shared in all production links to ensure consistent quality. The whole process truly realizes unmanned production,The annual production capacity reaches more than 30000 tons.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
The company has a 2400 square meter R & D center and more than 8000 square meters of production workshops. At present, there are 26 advanced automatic production lines integrating feeding, premixing, melt extrusion, tablet pressing, crushing and screening, equipped with 5 sets of German Henschel bunding equipment, more than 30 sets / set of BYK color difference instrument, q-panel aging instrument and other testing equipment.
