Production process of Acrylic Powder Coating

Raw material preparation
The coating consists of special resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives mixed in a certain proportion. The selection of raw materials has an important impact on the quality and coating function of powder coating.

Premixing
The premixing process is to evenly mix the resin powder, pigment and filler, curing agent, leveling agent and various additives according to the formula, so as to create a good physical state condition for melt mixing, which is more conducive to looseness and uniformity. During premixing, the premixing time can be confirmed according to the experiment. Once the mixing time is stabilized, it is best not to change it at will, otherwise it will affect the laxity of the material and the color change of the final film.
