Over the past 20 years, the company has always been focused on powder coating R & D, production and sales, according to the different requirements of various fields of product surface coating, custom-designed formula for customers.
The leading product is the self-developed VOC zero emission thermosetting powder coating, which is divided into five categories: epoxy powder coating, ring / polymer powder coating, pure polyester powder coating, acrylic powder coating and polyurethane powder coating
PATENTED TECHNOLOGY
In the aspects of batching, extrusion milling and packaging, advanced automatic batching, AMC milling control software and automatic mechanical sealing equipment are used to carry out real-time control over the process among various manufacturing bases. On the premise of ensuring the traceability of raw materials, the process big data management is realized, and the process parameters are shared in all production links to ensure consistent quality. The whole process truly realizes unmanned production,The annual production capacity reaches more than 30000 tons.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
The company has a 2400 square meter R & D center and more than 8000 square meters of production workshops. At present, there are 26 advanced automatic production lines integrating feeding, premixing, melt extrusion, tablet pressing, crushing and screening, equipped with 5 sets of German Henschel bunding equipment, more than 30 sets / set of BYK color difference instrument, q-panel aging instrument and other testing equipment.
