Polyester/TGIC powder coating is a thermosetting powder coating made by blending polyester resin and triisocyanate (TGIC). It has excellent gloss and color stability and is suitable for outdoor metal products such as aluminum products, doors and windows, etc.

Ingredients and characteristics
The main ingredients of polyester/TGIC powder coating include polyester resin, curing agent, pigment, filler and additives. Its characteristics include:

Weather resistance: It can resist ultraviolet radiation, acid and alkaline substances and corrosion

Chemical properties: It has high chemical resistance and can maintain its color and gloss under extreme temperature conditions

Mechanical properties: Both mechanical and weather resistance are excellent, but TGIC may be irritating to the human body and is even suspected of being carcinogenic. It has been gradually banned in the European Union

Application areas
Polyester/TGIC powder coatings are widely used in outdoor products, hardware furniture, power transmission lines, guardrails, buildings and other fields. Due to its excellent weather resistance and wear resistance, it is particularly suitable for outdoor use.
