Yellow epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coating is an indoor general-purpose electrostatic spraying coating independently developed by Qichuang New Materials. It adopts epoxy & polyester hybrid resin system, featuring excellent leveling, bright uniform yellow color, strong adhesion and cost-effective performance. Zero VOC, solvent-free and fully recyclable over-spray powder, widely used for indoor metal parts requiring yellow identification, anti-rust protection and decorative finish.

Uniform yellow tone without color difference; available in lemon yellow, golden yellow, traffic yellow, warning yellow and custom yellow shades. Smooth film surface with optional high gloss, semi-gloss and matte finishes, no pinholes, sagging or orange peel after curing.
Excellent Base Material Adhesion & Anti-rust Property
- Great bonding force on cold rolled steel, iron, galvanized sheet and cast iron. Dense coating film blocks air and moisture to prevent metal rust indoors. Pass cross-hatch adhesion test Grade 0.
Balanced Mechanical Properties
Pencil hardness reaches H~2H, good resistance to slight scratching and collision during transportation and assembly. Flexible film without cracking after normal impact.
